Website Refinement for a Therapy Practice
This project began with an existing website that had a strong foundation, but wasn’t fully coming together. The content, layout, and visuals felt slightly disconnected, and the overall flow didn’t reflect the clarity and professionalism of the practice itself.
Some of the key challenges included:
Page layouts that felt inconsistent or difficult to navigate
Content that didn’t always align with page headings
A mix of images that didn’t feel cohesive
An overall structure that felt scattered rather than intentional

Rather than starting from scratch, the focus was on refining what was already there and bringing everything into better alignment.
This included:
Reorganizing page structure to improve flow and navigation
Refining and rewriting copy for clarity and consistency
Aligning tone across all pages
Adjusting layout and spacing for a more cohesive feel
Replacing or refining visuals so they better supported the overall look
The final website feels clear, cohesive, and easy to move through. Each page now flows naturally into the next, and the messaging reflects the tone and professionalism of the practice more accurately.
Instead of feeling pieced together, the site now feels intentional—making it easier for potential clients to understand the services offered and take the next step.
